  • Do I need to create an account before I place an order?
    No, you do not need to create an account before placing an order. You may check out as a guest and you will have the opportunity to create an account at the end of the order process.
  • Does prices include taxes?
    Prices displayed do not include sales tax. Sales tax will be calculated on the total value of merchandise during the check-out process, and will be displayed on your Order Summary page. Taxes are calculated by State of purchase. The only places in the United States, where apparel/clothing is completely exempt, are the four states in which there is no sales tax at all: Delaware, Montana, New Hampshire, and Oregon.
  • Payment Options
    Just Splurge accepts most payment options including: Visa Mastercard American Express Discover Apple Pay *most debit cards. We do not accept checks or money orders. Unfortunately at this time we do not process orders containing international billing or shipping address. Please ensure that your billing name is exactly as it appears on your credit card. For our customer's protection, transactions cannot be processed if billing information is not 100% accurate.
  • What is the return/exchange policy?
    FREE RETURNS Thank you for shopping with Just Splurge. If your package arrived damaged, it was the wrong size or just didn't meet your expectations, you may request a refund within 30 days of the order date. We will accept your unworn/unwashed item with tags attached, in it's original product packaging. Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use. Just Splurge has the right to deny any return that does not meet these conditions. After we receive your returned item and inspect/approve its condition, we will process your refund within 3-5 business days to your original payment method. Original shipping costs incurred are non-refundable. Online returns are eligible for a refund only within 30 days. All returns are accepted as long as the request is made to return the item within 30 days of receiving the merchandise. Once approved we will generate the FREE UPS prepaid label, and email you with the label attached. Just print the label, attach it to any box/package and return your items. You will have 30 days to send the item back for full refund. Once we receive the items back we will process the return and refund the balance back to your original payment method. Please include your Order#, items returning, and the reason for the return. Just Splurge is not liable for any return packages that may become lost or stolen in-transit. Please keep your proof of postage and/or return tracking number when shipping your returns. In order to process an exchange just place an order for the new item before or after returning your unwanted items.

    No, at this time we do not offer shipping outside Unites States.

  • How much does shipping cost?
    FREE SHIPPING ON ORDERS OVER $50 SHIPPING FEE: $5.00 flat rate shipping on all orders under $50.
  • When will I receive my order?
    All orders are processed, shipped & delivered within 3-5 business days from the day you place the order and will be shipped USPS Priority or First Class to 48 contiguous States; Excluding Sunday's or Holidays. Transit times will vary depending on operational conditions. Delivery by a certain date or time is not available. You will receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order is shipped.
